Customer Service Supervisor We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual who will play a vital role in the continued success of the Calgary JCC. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Supervisor is primarily responsible for assisting in the oversight and maintenance of all aspects of the Customer Service Desk.
The Customer Service Supervisor will serve as an integral part of the Customer Service team, as well as working within the framework of the agency program as a whole. The Customer Service staff are responsible for providing customer service support to all members, guests and staff at the JCC. These staff provide the first – and lasting – impression of the JCC to our guests. Customer Service staff must demonstrate a strong customer service ethic as well as being sensitive to the needs of the diverse clientele we have at the JCC. You must be able to multi-task, work independently and be a team player. You must have strong computer skills and be proficient in English. This position is responsible for the facility in the evening and is expected to problem solve independently. This requires sound judgment, initiative and administrative skills. The Customer Service Supervisor is expected to be innovative, imaginative and provide a positive role model for members and other staff.
The JCC is the living room of the Calgary Jewish community and delivers a wide range of cultural, education, social, wellness and care-based programs for all ages.

Lifeguards and Lifesaving Swim Instructors Lifeguards needed who are available during the day and / or evening. Must have current Standard First Aid with CPR-C and National Lifeguard Award from the Life Saving Society to lifeguard. A current Swim for Life Instructor card is required to teach swimming lessons.
