The warm-up is followed by approximately 30 minutes of mindful movement practice\, which can be done in a standing or seated position. We also have 6 amazing guest speakers lined up throughout the day to talk on a variety of health-related topics. \nIn addition to our fabulous line of guest speakers\, we will have face painting for kids\, and access to the facility’s gymnasium where there will be a bouncy castle\, and other fun gym equipment for your little ones to enjoy.  \nThe Momma Market will also give each guest that attends a swag bag with lots of awesome giveaways from event vendors and chances to enter and win a variety of door prizes.  \nThere will be prizes for customers that complete their ‘momma market passport card’ and show proof of visiting every table at the market in order to make sure each and every one of our vendors are visited!! \nMomma Market bucks 3 draws for $50 will be given away to 2 lucky guests to spend money within the market to help support our vendors. \nThere will also be a cafe open at the JCC throughout the day that serves tasty snacks and delicious\, nutritious lunch offerings.\nVisit The Momma Market for more information.
