Foundations of Olympic Lifting

In addition to the introduction of various compulsory lifts such as the “Clean and Jerk” and “Snatch”, this class will help to improve barbell efficiency, power, explosive speed, strength, and coordination Participants will also improve benchmark performance lifts, sports performance indicators (ie jump height, 40m sprint, etc ), sport-related coordination, and sport-related conditioning.
