Get Fit With Fido

Get fit with the best friend and work out partner you could ask for – your canine companion! Expect cardio, strength training, and core work, all with your best bud by your side. Taught by a personal trainer, fitness instructor, dog trainer, and lover of dogs! For everyone’s enjoyment, your dog shoud have basic obedience training and be able to hold a solid “stay” with distractions.

Non-reactive dogs older than one year are welcome. Aggressive dogs will be dismissed; no dogs in season please. Proof of (canine) vaccinations required. Price includes matching “Get Fit with Fido” shirt and bandana for you and your pup! We will contact you upon registration to get your shirt size; additional shirts available upon request.
