Mia Veenhuyzen
Aquatics Program Lead
A born and raised Calgarian, Mia has been a part of the JCC aquatics team since October 2024. She grew up playing softball, the alto saxophone, and swimming any chance she got. In fact, her parents used to call her “a little fish”. She loves being around kids and hearing all of their ideas and thoughts. Mia is excited to meet new people and support each swimmer to set them up for success in their swimming journey. In her free time, she enjoys watching the Toronto Blue Jays and spending time with friends, family, and dog.
