We book five people per court for open pickleball. Please note that each player must book their own spot.

Choose between 5 options to book:

• Novice – Appropriate for those beginning to play and newer to Pickleball, as well as those playing occasionally (once or twice a week) or are familiar with Pickleball.
• Intermediate – Appropriate for those experienced in Pickleball and playing fast-paced games many times weekly.
• Intermediate Plus – These courts will be open for registration to those in the higher range of the intermediate level only.
• Advanced – Appropriate ONLY for those with advanced Pickleball skills.
• Open – Available for individual booking, with no skill level restrictions. Open courts encourage more play opportunities, with more booking coordination among participants.

Players must 16 year or older to play during open court.

Note that children under 16 can play during private court bookings.

Public: $10 + GST (per person)

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 10 minutes of booking:

– Check your junk/spam folder.

– If it’s not there, call the Customer Service Desk at 403-253-8600 ext. 0.

If you haven’t received the email, your booking is not confirmed.

– 12+ hours in advance: Full refund

– Less than 12 hours in advance: No refund or credit

– No-show: No refund or credit

We have introduced a new Pickleball Cancellation/No Show Policy to help maintain the quality of play, and ensure a consistent, enjoyable experience for everyone. This policy applies to both members and non members.

To avoid a cancellation fee, we kindly ask that all cancellations be made at least 12 hours in advance of the scheduled court time. This change is being implemented to reduce last minute cancellations, which can disrupt scheduling and affect other players’ ability to participate fully.

Additionally, all participants must check in at the Customer Service Desk with a staff member, and clearly state they are here for their pickleball court. Failure to check in properly at the front desk will be treated as a no show, and a no show fee will apply.

Yes! You can book a private pickleball court for up to 5 participants (children welcome).

– Booking is for 2 hours

– Only one person needs to book/pay

– Public users must check in at the Customer Service Desk and mention the private court booking
