– Public: 4 days in advance

We book five people per court for open pickleball. Please note that each player must book their own spot.

Choose from three levels:

– Novice: For beginners, occasional players, or those familiarizing themselves with the game

– Intermediate:  For experienced players playing multiple times weekly

– Advanced: For highly skilled and competitive players only

Players must 16 year or older to play during open court.

Note that children under 16 can play during private court bookings.

1.5-Hour Court Time

Public: $7.50 + GST (per person)
2-Hour Court Time

Members: Free
Public: $10 + GST (per person)

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 10 minutes of booking:

– Check your junk/spam folder.

– If it’s not there, call the Customer Service Desk at 403-253-8600 ext. 0.

If you haven’t received the email, your booking is not confirmed.

– 24+ hours in advance: Full refund

– Less than 24 hours in advance: No refund or credit

– No-show: No refund or credit

Effective June 1

We are introducing a new Pickleball Cancellation/No Show Policy to help maintain the quality of play, and ensure a consistent, enjoyable experience for everyone. This policy will apply to both members and non members.

To avoid a cancellation fee, we kindly ask that all cancellations be made at least 12 hours in advance of the scheduled court time. This change is being implemented to reduce last minute cancellations, which can disrupt scheduling and affect other players’ ability to participate fully.

Additionally, all participants must check in at the Customer Service Desk with a staff member, and clearly state they are here for their pickleball court. Failure to check in properly at the front desk will be treated as a no show, and a no show fee will apply.

Yes! You can book a private pickleball court for up to 5 participants (children welcome).

– Booking is for 2 hours

– Only one person needs to book/pay

– Public users must check in at the Customer Service Desk and mention the private court booking

Note: Private court availability is pre-scheduled only—not request-based.
