Our facility is now open but you are still required to pre-book your spot to access the pool and to attend Aqua Fitness, GroupX, and CrossFit classes. Pre-booking is not required to access the weight room and CrossFit Box. Inline with the City of Calgary's recreation centres mandate, masks must still be worn in common areas. Booking info

Exercise Theory

A minimum 24 hour course covering basic fitness principles and a variety of activity experiences. Course topics include: anatomy, physiology, movement mechanics, training and conditioning, nutrition, leadership and health and fitness. The Exercise Theory course is the prerequisite to all specialization courses.
