Cherlene is a certified personal trainer, as well as a level 2 TRX trainer. However, she didn’t always have a fitness background – Cherlene was in the pharmacy business for 17 years. She took seven years off to raise her family, during which she became overweight and struggled with her health. One day, she had the courage to sign up for a bootcamp, which just about “killed” her. But over the course of a month, she realized the commitment she had made to herself and absolutely fell in love with the whole process of growth and self care. At this point, she decided that this was the job for her… and here she is now: happier, healthier, and living her best life! Cherlene is looking forward to many more years of learning, growing, and evolving not only her own health, but her clients’ health as well – and maybe even teaching everyone to love burpees!
