Jason is a certified personal fitness trainer who specializes in helping older adults stay strong, mobile, and confident through every stage of life. With credentials from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM-CPT) and the American Council on Exercise (ACE) in Health Coaching, Weight Management, and Fitness Nutrition – as well as a Functional Aging Specialist certification – Jason takes a thoughtful science-based approach to training. His sessions focus on improving balance, posture, strength, and overall vitality through safe, functional movements. Known for his warm, engaging and supportive coaching style, Jason is deeply committed to helping clients age actively, maintain independence, and enjoy a higher quality of life through personalized fitness.
