Luna

Luna holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree and brings a deep passion for supporting children and families. She worked for 10 years as a social worker in her home country, where she developed a strong foundation in advocacy, family support, and community engagement. Nineteen years ago, Luna began her journey in early childhood education as an educator in a classroom. From the very beginning, she discovered her love for nurturing young children during their most important developmental years. Her dedication, leadership skills, and commitment to high-quality care led her to serve as a childcare director for 11 years. In this role, she mentored educators, partnered closely with families, and fostered warm, inclusive learning environments where children could thrive. She is pleased to carry on in a similar capacity as the present JCC early childhood director. In her free time, Luna enjoys baking, gardening, and spending quality time with her family.
