We want to serve you better,

so we are conducting a JCC Membership Survey. The survey will be emailed to you on October 19 and will only take 8 to 12 minutes. If you do not receive the survey by email, please go to survey here.

Your input is very important — who knows the JCC better than you?

All of your answers will be strictly confidential; you will not be identified in any way and your email address will not be shared with anyone.

As our way of saying thank you, at the very end of the survey you can choose to provide your email address to be entered into a drawing for a VISA gift card. Entering the drawing will not compromise the confidentiality of your response.
