Air-Fryer Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Bake Time: 8-10 minutes (per batch)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¾ cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

 

Method

  1. Preheat air fryer to 325°F.
  2. In large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes.
  3. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  4. In another bowl, whisk oats, flour, dry pudding mix, baking soda, and salt; gradually beat into creamed mixture.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
  6. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto baking sheets; flatten slightly.
  7. In batches, place one inch apart on greased tray in air-fryer basket.
  8. Cook until lightly browned, 8-10 minutes.
  9. Remove to wire racks to cool.
  10. Enjoy!
