Noodle Kugel

If you’ve never had kugel before, this Noodle Kugel recipe is a great one to start with! While there are many kugel variations—potato or noodle, sweet or savory, egg noodles versus medium-sized noodles—this sweet, noodle kugel has our heart. Slightly sweet yet not overpowering, this dish could easily be served at your holiday celebration as an easy side dish or even as dessert.
