About Shannon Taylor

Shannon is passionate about adventure, movement, good food and living life to the fullest. She was always an active kid; swimming, dancing, snowboarding, and surfing. She discovered yoga after a painful snowboarding accident, and loved the inner peace it gave her and the release she felt in her body. Shannon practiced diligently both in the physical sense as well as the spiritual. In 2013 she went on to pursue her dream job; teaching group fitness, and still loves it to this day.

It was a natural immersion into Nutrition, Shannon was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and in 2017 she decided to go back to school at CSNN (Canadian School of Natural Nutrition). While studying there, she used the knowledge she was learning and applied it to her own life and healing. By incorporating specific nutrient dense whole foods, eliminating foods that trigger her immune system, and supplementing with specific vitamins and minerals, Shannon started to feel a million times better. Her energy increased, she got the pep back to her step, and she was genuinely a happier person. Believing in a holistic approach to health, Shannon wants to share her knowledge with everyone. Her programs are safe, effective, and nourishing. Health is a lifelong journey and Shannon is here to guide you.
