Complete the EIGHT challenges for your chance to win one of three prizes!

Get ready for our fourth annual Chanukah Fitness Challenge! This year, we take on push-ups – an exercise that can be done anywhere by people of all fitness levels and abilities. No matter where you are in your health journey, this challenge will teach you to love the push-up! Enhanced core stability, improved posture, functional strength and a more powerful upper body are just around the corner. Because push-ups and shoulder health go hand-in-hand, every day of the challenge also includes exercises to build shoulder mobility and strength.

 

Each day from December 15 to 22, 2025:

  • Look for the push-up and shoulder health challenges posted in the Fitness Centre and GroupX areas.
  • Do the specified push-up (we will have varying levels of difficulty) at the JCC.
  • Get your sticker from the fitness monitor or GroupX instructor.
  • Add sticker to the tracking chart located at the Fitness Centre and GroupX Studio.
  • At the end of the eight days, names with all eight challenges completed will be entered into our draw to win one of three prizes.

Not at the JCC for one or two days of the challenge? That’s okay – catch up when you return!

 

Eligible entries will be placed into a draw on Tuesday, December 23 for the chance to win one of three prizes:

  • Two Personal Training sessions.
  • JCC Bag with JCC thermos, one month towel service, and a mystery gift.
