Cottage Cheese Peanut Butter Bowls

With school back in session, and mornings getting busier, Cottage Cheese Peanut Butter Bowls is a perfect recipe you can prepare ahead of time. They make protein-packed breakfasts that come together in minutes! Substitute peanut butter with any peanut substitute.

Ingredients

  • 1 to 1½ cup cottage cheese, 2% MF
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 pinches cinnamon


Method

  1. Add half the cottage cheese to a bowl and add a sliced banana on top.
  2. Top the bowl with half of the hemp hearts and maple syrup, and add half the peanut butter on top.
  3. Repeat with the second bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Serve immediately.
