Ginger Garlic Paste

Looking to add an extra layer of flavour and punch to your dishes? Then try out Zain’s Ginger and Garlic Paste! Plus, he’s put together a bonus video (scroll below) for you to enjoy!


Prep Time: 20 minutes



  • 1 cup garlic
  • 1 cup ginger
  • Half a green pepper
  • Handful cilantro stalks
  • 1 large green chilli
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup water



  1. Prep all ingredients as seen in picture above (and in video below).
  2. Combine all ingredients and put in blender.
  3. Use immediately in whatever dish you want to add an extra punch of flavour to!
  4. Keep covered in refrigerator for up to three days.
