Cathy is a born and raised Calgarian who avidly participated in group fitness at the JCC in the early 1990s and also took her ALFCA training in 1993. After she had her daughter she decided to leave the corporate life to achieve an improved work and life balance. She loves to teach (and learn)! Completing her yoga teacher training under the guidance of Tim Miller, a prominent American Yogi, Cathy is an ERYT 200 with Yoga Alliance which allows her to train and certify yoga instructors. She is also certified to teach pilates, barre, pre-/post-natal, and kids yoga (which she loves), as well as train children-specific yoga teachers.
